You ever had one of those weeks....

.... where you can't help but think it's been utter poop, yet, when you look at it, its actually not been that bad? relationship issues once again crop up at the beginning of the week...which according to the vault of wisdom that is the Myspace forum "crew", is completly my fault.. Did not get as far with my Shorthand as i had hoped, and ive got about 36 hours to do a very important Essay....lost an entire day to sleep becuase i stayed up all night to do a story...a bit pissed off with that....and then pulled a sicky for work (argos) because A: i needed to try and get some uni stuff done, and B: i think ive lost my drive.........and all i ended up doing today was A: wathing season 4 of Babylon 5, with maybe a smidgeon of work, and B: musing over the fact that i think ive lost my drive.....so yeh, its been one of those weeks. Dont get me wrong, theres been some upsides but...i feel as if though im adrift in a sea of.....Cappichino...no wait, thats what ive been drinking for the last 24 hours...god that stuff is actually quite nice....
Oh well, enough from me. how you guys doing?

Take a bow.....

I took up Tae-Kwon-Do again today.....it's been over a year. Slight problem though...the guys that run it over here are from a different "school" of TKD...the "proper" one apparantly.....well, regardless. i can see the differences already, and i feel like im learning things all over again...ill manage though.
It feels good to be doing something again though, keep me fit and all that. Who knows, maybe ill even feel good about myself again....theres a revolutionary thought.
Anyhoo..just thought i'd let my loyal fans know what im up to.....does anyone even read this?

Big Brother 'racist' row

By Joe Robinson

It seems slightly typical of today’s society that it would take a reality show like Big Brother to finally wake people up to the important issues in life when celebrated Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty came face to face this week with the great British attitude towards foreigners in this years Celebrity Big Brother.
The incident, which involved housemates making ‘racial’ comments on how Indians all have Diarrhoea and don’t wash their hands, has seen Channel 4 and the Broadcast regulation OfCom receive over 10,000 complaints.
Celebrity mother Jackie Budden called Shilpa “The Indian” while the shows main sponsor Carphone Warehouse has said that it is “reviewing” the deal with the show. Keith Vaz, MP for Leicester East had been asked by his constituents to table a motion in parliament over this issue, so now instead of discussing terrorism, taxes or anything of importance in Parliament, they will be talking about Big Brother.
Great.
You’d think with racial attacks occurring across the country, Britain would realise there is a problem.
It seems that when it’s an ethnic person that no one has ever heard of it’s ok, but when it’s a famous ethnic person who no one has ever heard of, the government must act.
But what does the public think of this row?
On the BBC News website many are of the agreement that this has been “blown out of proportion” or is simply “female rivalry”.
Others have criticised Big Brother for not stepping in purely because Shilpa has “not voiced any concerns” of her own.
Even Big Brother fan’s think this incident has gone a bit too far, pointing out that fellow housemate Germain Jackson called the girls “White trash”, which of course isn’t racist in the least.

Here we go again....

Well, this is my first post in a good while...and there have been some changes. I've moved acommodation, which i needed. Met 2 out off the 3 new housemates...there nice blokes. I live near some good friends from my course and from other places, ive got a new car, which is exactly the same as me old one, just a year younger. So far so good.

All ive got to do now is get my ass in gear and catch up on about a months worth of work...brilliant. Everything else is pretty much the same.
